Arrival Time- Always arrive at least a few minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive late your appointment time will be adjusted to accommodate the next guest.
Cancellation Policy- I ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise you will be billed for your appointed time slot. All our time is valuable.
Cell Phones- I ask that you be considerate of others and turn your ringer off or on silent. This is a time of peace and quiet.
Communication- Always remember this is your massage/treatment and at anytime you feel uncomfortable for any reason please let me know so that your massage/treatment can be tailored to your comfort level. At no time is inappropriate behavior to be tolerated by either party.
Gratuity- Gratuity is at your discretion. I do prefer cash if possible and the spa industry percentages range from 15-25%.
Forms of Payment- I accept cash preferably but also accept visa, mastercard, debit or credit.
Gift Certificates- These can be purchased at Main Street Massage or by phone. Gift certificates expire one year from purchase date and do not include gratuity. No cash refunds on gift certificates.
